• Field Operator of Ammonia Plant ( 2019 – 2023 )
  Operating and monitoring field equipment across an entire plant
  which consists of Ammonia plant and supporting Utility systems
  including trouble shooting, Start Up, Shut Down and Emergency
  shutdown:
  -Natural Gas Desulphurization and mercury separation
  -Reforming and Waste Heat Boiler
  -Compressor
  MW kellogg Technology use Oil Seal System
  Kellogg and Brown Roots Technology use Dry gas seal System

  Responsible for Control, Monitor, Maintain all operating parameters through the
  Pneumatic and DCS systems for the entire plant to ensure product quality, plant
  efficiency and safety of operations includingTrouble shooting, StartUp, Shut Down
  and EmergencyShut Down of:
  -CO Conversion (HTS & LTS)
  -CO2 Removal (Amdea Solution)
  -Methanation
  -Process Condensate Stripper (150-E)
  -Cooling WaterSystem
  Direct Operators to ensure equipment, instruments and the process are properly
  controlled and reported to immediate supervisor for advice and/orsolution.
  Diagnose and troubleshoot potential operating problems, either in consultation
  with seniors or independently when immediate actionis necessary to ensure
  continuity of production.
  Assist on-the-job trainingof new and trainee operators to ensure they develop the
  necessary skills to independently operate the allocatedareas of the plant.
  Identify and controlhazards to avoiddamage to equipment, personnel and the
  environment.
