- Performed installation, commissioning, and training for PT Katalist’s product lines, including Process Gas and Liquid Analyzers, Portable Analyzers, Sample Conditioning Systems, Transmitters, Dust/Opacity Monitors, and other related instruments.
- Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance at the Coal-Fired Power Plant, PLN NP UPK Bukit Asam. Focused on service repair for Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) units 1 & 2. Scope included installing Opacity and Dust Meter Dynoptic MkII DSL-460, DSCU operator interface, and air purge blower kit. Maintaining ServoPro NOx analyzer, Servomex 4900 multigas analyzer, sampling conditioning system, heated gas sampling probe, Siemens PLC S7-1200, and Kurz thermal mass flow meters.
- Performed maintenance contract work for CEMS at Merak Energi Indonesia’s coal-fired power plant, including ABB AO2040 Gas Analyzers, Durag D-R 290 Dust and Opacity Monitors, heated sample probes, RTD transmitters, and Durag D-FL 100 Volume Flow Measuring Systems.
- Maintained CEMS at PLN NP UP Rembang, including Servomex 4900, Xstream Rosemount analyzers, ServoNOx, heated sample probes, Kurz flow meters, and sampling conditioning systems. Ensured accurate emissions measurement and operational efficiency.
- Performed maintenance and calibration of Steam and Water Analysis System (SWAS) at PLN NP UP Sebalang, including Conductivity (Direct, Acid-LF), pH, Oxygen, Silica, Sodium, and Hydrazine analyzers, along with sampling system maintenance, ensuring accurate measurements and reliable system performance.
- Performed service calibration of dewpoint analyzers, including the Portable Dew-Point Hygrometer MDM 300 for Pupuk Sriwidjaja and Air Liquide Indonesia, as well as the Portable Hygrometer Cosa Xentaur for PT. Iwatani Industrial Gas Indonesia, ensuring precise calibration and reliable performance of the instruments.
- Performed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for the Servomex 4900 Analyzer (CO2 Measurement) in collaboration with PT. Artam Borneo Automatika and Badak LNG, including tasks such as witnessing and familiarization with the system, conducting diagnostics and function tests, zero calibration, span tests, checking documentation and complementary parts, and ensuring product familiarity for
optimal system performance. - Performed an assessment on the CWD 2005 Combustion Calorimeter, identifying issues such as gas calorimeter reading failures, calibration errors, low gas pressure, and thermopile signal degradation, followed by recalibration, error resolution, and providing recommendations to the customer.
