Ittihad Paper Mill LLC – Reliability Engineer 11/2018 – Present

Ittihad Paper Mill (IPM) is the frst printing and writing paper production facility in the GCC and the largest in the MENA region established in 2020
Monitor and report area abnormalities, generate notifcation to address issues with SAP ERP or Infor.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Conducted vibration data collection ofine CSI 2140 & online (DMM), analysis for 400+ machines.
• Monitor machine condition with DCS system.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive strategy such as RCA. RCM & FMECA for preventing rotating equipment failures, leading to an increase in overall equipment uptime.
• Evaluate machinery health and condition of all types of rotating equipment, through detailed analysis of vibration data withsupport tools such as ultrasound, endoscopes. Stroboscope & thermal camera.
• Coordinate plant changes, both equipment and process, which improve plant OEE, yields, equipment, reliability, process quality, and preventive maintenance.
• Improve/develop maintenance strategy based on business needs, including identifcation of the critical spare equipment/parts and determination of their inventory parameters, enhancement of the PM program, and development of an asset care plan.
• Ensure that plant / equipment availability meets Business objectives by planning, organize & coordinating contractor maintenance activities.
• Undertake and manage plant improvement projects, participate in minor / major projects by acting as project plant representative assisting in the installation and operational qualification of equipment.
